DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON THE CDL TRAINING:

1. Click on the Course Name link for the training video you want to watch.  
   • This will open the training in a new tab.
2. Click the ‘Begin Training’ button.
3. Review the instructions.
4. Click “Next”.
5. Registration\Already Registered:
   • Registration:  
     1. Enter your email address.
     2. Enter your FULL name (first and last).
     3. Enter your password.
   • Already Registered:  
     1. Enter your registered email address.
     2. Enter your password.
     3. Click on the Play button. 
6. Click ‘Begin Training’.  
7. Watch the entire training video.
8. Click on “Next”.
9. Answer the questions, and click on "Next" for the next question. 
10. After answering all the questions, click on “Submit my Answers”.
11. Your test score should appear on the screen.
12. Pass\Fail:
    • A passing score (80% or above): 
    1. • Click “Download Certificate”. 
       • Print or save a copy of your certificate.
       • Click “Finish”
    • If you received a failing score:
      1. First Fail:
         • Re-take the test.
         • Click the “Try Again” button.  
      2. Second Fail: 
         1. Contact the office for instructions on how to proceed.
